About

Chasing Arcadia Garden Design is the design practice of award winning designer Julianne Fernandez. Julianne trained in garden design at the renowned Inchbald School of Design in London. “Taking my inspiration from the art, landscapes and architecture of East Anglia, I work with clients in Suffolk and Norfolk, on projects ranging from large rural gardens to courtyards. I love plants and their ability to transform any space – I specialise in extraordinary planting design. Sustainability, a sense of place and working with nature are key aspects of my design ethos, whether creating a formal structured garden, a wildflower meadow or something wonderful in between. Whatever the project, I aim to exceed my client’s expectations.”

“I wholeheartedly support the campaign of The Society of Garden Designers, Royal Horticultural Society and the Landscape Institute against fake grass and plastic plants, and I aim to make sustainability a key element of all my designs. ”
